System requirements and delivery
Windows desktop: Windows 10 version 1809 or later, or Windows 11, on an x86-64 computer. This release does not support macOS, Linux or Windows on ARM. Core calculations and licence checks work offline.
After verified payment: your invoice, named-user licence and protected download link arrive by email. Automatic delivery is normally processed every two minutes. If automatic delivery is temporarily unavailable, we arrange manual delivery within two business days. Check your spam folder and contact administration if you need help.
Getting started: download and extract the ZIP, start TriboSolver.exe, then import your licence. Use the included manual and worked examples for your first calculation.
Trial, Academic and Company requests: submitting the contact form sends an enquiry for review; it is not a purchase, licence approval or instant download. Administration will confirm eligibility, any required information and the next step. Do not submit confidential surface data or unpublished research files in the public form.
Before you buy
Named user
Have the licence holder’s full name and delivery email ready. One licence is issued to one named person.
Billing and tax
Provide the buyer type, billing country and address. Business buyers may also need company and VAT details.
Delivery and renewal
After verified payment, the licence and protected download are prepared. Renewal is manual; there is no automatic charge.
What happens after purchase
- Review the licence, price, applicable taxes and seller information.
- Pay securely through Mollie using the methods available for your country and device.
- After payment is verified, the named-user licence and protected download are prepared.
- The licence expiry is set one year from 24 hours after purchase. A valid issued licence can be used immediately.
The software is an engineering calculation aid. Model assumptions, inputs and results must be assessed and independently validated for the intended use. Purchase does not include application-specific engineering support.
TriboSolver 3.2 released
Download the 3.2 release with your existing valid signed solver licence. New paid orders receive 3.2; existing orders retain their original download version. Reviewed trial and academic grants remain on the existing 3.1 workflow. See the release notes for supported calculations and verification limits.
