TriboNet uses the details you submit to review and respond to your request. Enquiry records and correspondence are retained indefinitely as records, including unsuccessful or withdrawn enquiries. Temporary form-session records are retained for no more than 24 hours, and rate-limit counters for 48 hours, subject to the scheduled cleanup interval. Requests are stored privately and are not published as website content. Do not submit confidential research files or sensitive personal information. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or approve a licence. For questions about your information, contact administration@tribology.eu.
