Refund and Returns Policy

TriboSolver refunds and cancellations

Last updated: 22 September 2026. This policy applies to TriboSolver software licences sold by TriboNet. It does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Consumer withdrawal and immediate digital delivery

Consumers retain any statutory right to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period before accessing the software. If you request immediate digital delivery, checkout will ask separately for your express consent to begin supply during that period and your acknowledgement that access to the digital content may end the withdrawal right. We will confirm that consent and acknowledgement after purchase. Your statutory rights if the software is faulty or does not conform to the contract remain unaffected.

Delivery problems and duplicate payments

If payment succeeds but we cannot deliver the purchased licence and download, you may choose prompt completion or a full refund. If a duplicate payment is captured, we will refund the duplicate amount.

Business purchases

A business purchase cancelled before delivery receives a full refund. After delivery, there is no discretionary pro-rata refund unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires one. Purchases do not renew automatically.

Requesting a refund

Contact administration@tribology.eu with your order number and the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We issue a credit note where required.
